AUTHORITY TO EFFECT FORFEITURE

AS ALLOWED UNDER COMMERCIAL LEASE CLAUSE:

I/we direct you to re-enter the above premises, change locks, display necessary termination notices; in doing so this is your acceptable instruction, authority and indemnification. Also our assurance that where arrears of rent are relied upon as grounds to effect forfeiture the calculation of such arrears complies with the conditions set out in the Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Bill/Act. I/we undertake to fully indemnify you and to pay all fees and further liabilities that are due from the origin under this agreement whether stipulated or not, incurred by reason of your implementing this instruction; and we here by accept not to hold you responsible for any goods forcibly or clandestinely removed from the premises following them being made secure.
